Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you browse or buy from OrdinaryOfficial.pk. By placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Return and Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. About us

OrdinaryOfficial.pk is operated by Ordinary Pakistan (SMC-Private) Limited, 1CA-Canal View, Lahore, Pakistan. We are an independent retailer of imported skincare. We are not owned by, or affiliated with, DECIEM or The Ordinary brand.

2. Products

We sell imported The Ordinary products that are supplied sealed in their original manufacturer packaging. We do not refill, repackage or decant any product. Product photos are for illustration; packaging design can change between batches. Product information is provided for general guidance and is not medical advice.

3. Prices and availability

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are shown on each product page. Prices and stock can change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, or becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you before dispatch and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund of any amount paid.

4. Orders

After you place an order, you receive an order confirmation. We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order and delivery address before dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order if we cannot confirm it, if the delivery address cannot be reached, or if the order appears fraudulent. You can cancel an order at any time before it is dispatched.

5. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Please pay the full order amount to the courier when your parcel arrives.

6. Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan for a flat charge of Rs 200 per order. Orders usually arrive within 2–4 working days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by courier delays, public holidays or events outside our control. Please check your parcel when it arrives and report any damage within 48 hours.

7. Returns and refunds

Unopened products in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Damaged, defective or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare cannot be returned unless it arrived damaged or defective. 8. Using skincare products safely

Always read the product label and directions before use, and patch-test new products on a small area of skin. Stop using a product if irritation occurs. If you have a skin condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or use prescription skincare, ask your doctor before starting new products. 9. Reviews

Customer reviews must be honest and based on your own experience. We do not publish reviews that are offensive, contain personal information or are unrelated to the product, and we do not edit genuine reviews to change their meaning.

10. Trademarks and content

“The Ordinary” and its product names are trademarks of their respective owner and are used on this website only to identify the genuine products we sell. The text, design and other original content of this website belong to Ordinary Pakistan (SMC-Private) Limited and may not be copied without permission.

11. Liability

We are responsible for supplying products as described and for the remedies set out in these terms and our Return and Refund Policy. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the laws of Pakistan.

12. Privacy

We use your details only to process and deliver your order and to provide customer support. See our Privacy Policy for details.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Lahore.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
