Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

All seals, labels, and tags must remain intact.

You must provide proof of purchase or order confirmation.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or tampered skincare products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, please contact our customer support team.
Subject to stock availability, we may offer an exchange for the same product or an alternative item of equal value.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved:
