How we make sure your The Ordinary products are genuine

OrdinaryOfficial.pk is operated by Ordinary Pakistan (SMC-Private) Limited, a Lahore-based company that has been selling imported The Ordinary skincare to customers across Pakistan since February 2018. We are an independent retailer. This page explains where our stock comes from, what you should check when your order arrives, and what we do if anything is not right.

Where our products come from

We import our stock through international stockists and suppliers rather than buying from local resellers. Products are stored in their original manufacturer packaging and dispatched to you sealed, exactly as we receive them. We do not refill, repackage or decant any product.

What to check when your order arrives

• Sealed box: the outer carton should be closed and intact.
• Batch code and expiry: the code printed on the carton should match the code on the bottle or tube, and the product should be within its expiry date.
• Labels: printing should be clean and readable, with the full ingredient list (INCI) on the carton.
• Product itself: colour, texture and smell should be consistent, and the dropper or pump should work normally.

If something is not right

• Damaged, defective or incorrect item: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and we will resolve it.
• Change of mind: unopened products in original sealed packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Refunds: approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

Ordering and delivery

We deliver nationwide within 2–4 working days, for a flat delivery charge of Rs 200 per order. Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan. You receive tracking details by SMS, email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
